When will I get my first Scent Pup Box?
If you signed up between the 1st-15th, you will receive the upcoming month’s box. For example, if you sign up for the Scent Pup Box on June 5th, you will receive the July Box.
When does my subscription box ship?
We work to ship each monthly box between the 15th-20th of each month. If you’ve signed up between the 1st-15th of the prior month, you should receive the next monthly box when it ships.
Can I pick my specific scents?
We work to curate seasonal themes using scents we know are pleasing for both pups and pawrents alike! That said, we are unable to customize each individual product within your subscription at this time.
What if I don’t like something I receive in my subscription box?
While we hope you’ll love everything, sometimes a scent or accessory just isn’t your taste. We encourage you to share the Scent Pup wealth and gift any monthly options to another pawrent in your life who will love it!
How do I update my payment information?
You can make updates to your payment information or address at any time by logging in to your Account page.
Can I get a refund on my subscription?
Given the curated and personalized approach to our subscription box items, we are unable to refund a monthly subscription that has already been rebilled. If you are having an issue, please reach out to our Customer Support at info@scentpup.com.
What if I decide I no longer want to receive my subscription?
We hope that you’ll love your Scent Pup Box, but understand if things change or you need to take a break.
You can manage your subscription including canceling from your Account page. Subscription renewals that have already been processed on the 1st will be canceled the following month.
